Hey there! I’m Claude Thomas, LMSW (she/they), a therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, relational challenges, and trauma recovery. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and affirming of marginalized identities. I aim to create a collaborative, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. If you’re considering therapy, you don’t need to have everything figured out—showing up as you are is enough. I practice at Allswell, Maryland's largest LGBTQ+ therapy practice.
