My goal as a clinician is to help you discover your strengths, empower you, and provide a safe, supportive space to explore and process your emotions. In collaboration, we can work toward progress and healing within a trusting, therapeutic environment. I have clinical experience working with adults managing bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I support clients facing body image challenges, body dysmorphia, and various food-related disorders. My experience extends to treating borderline personality disorder and assisting those navigating significant life transitions.
