My style is holistic including working together and assisting you in finding hope and resolution to your problem.I can help you develop communication skills with your partner or family members , improve self-esteem , cope with losses and strengthen relationships . I provide a non judgemental and supportive environment . I also provide Life Coaching techniques .Life Coaching provides structure and a map to help you meet your goals. Goals may include career, relationships, parenting or finding your passion in life.
