I am Claudia Abell, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is to focus on the needs of my clients, to build on their strengths and support them where they are. The theoretical approaches that I mainly use are cognitive behavioral therapy, brief solution focused therapy, and strengths-based therapy, as well as grief therapy. I see clients from all walks of life and all ages. I have seen clients from 5 years of age up to 80 years old. I am most comfortable treating clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and mental health issues.
