My name is Claudia Acosta Canela, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I work with individuals (adolescents and adults), and families. I utilize a mixture of different therapeutic approaches in order to help meet the needs of each client I work with. My approach is based on understanding that each client is unique and will receive the most benefit from treatment that is tailored to their needs. I work to help my clients navigate challenges, strengthen their skills, and develop a more positive outlook on life.
