My name is Teo Chiesa and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Central Valley in California. As a licensed therapist, I take a client-centered approach, drawing from various modalities to create personalized treatment plans. I have experience working with adult clients facing PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, and relational challenges.
