As a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI), Claudia specializes in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, adults, and teens through a blend of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. Her passion lies in helping clients process their emotions and understand how these feelings shape their behaviors. She believes that by working together, you can take actionable steps to foster meaningful change and build a life that feels fulfilling and joyful.
