Finding peace in a complex world often involves seeking answers to sensitive and sometimes distressing questions. I welcome the opportunity to learn about your challenges. Your goals are important to me. As an EMDR Certified Therapist my therapeutic work is attachment-based and trauma informed to foster kindness, compassion, and respect for the whole person (mind, body, and spirit). I work with adult individuals and couples. As a Gottman Level 3 trained therapist I have advanced training in infidelity and affair recovery for couples, betrayal trauma, and partner recovery.
