I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and a certified Clinical Trauma Therapist. My areas of expertise include sex addiction and eating disorders. I have my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist certification from the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and my Certified Sex Addiction Therapist certification from the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals. I am also trained in EMDR and Accelerated Resolution therapy. I am a Certified Health Coach and a Yoga instructor specializing in Trauma Sensitive Yoga (RYT 200). I have years of experience working in residential treatment.
