I specialize in treating relational trauma and anxiety over life transitions. In my work, I am an active presence as I help clients cope with interpersonal challenges with family and at work. I help you observe patterns of interactions in your life and trace their origins to change them if they no longer work for you. I help you remember and integrate more aspects of lived situations to enhance your ability to think about what baffles you or makes you anxious.
