If you are often stressed and get angry easily, I think I can help you. I have 20 years experience teaching meditation and stress/anger management. If relationships, economic and work issues are obstacles to developing your true potential, I have solutions for you. I work with couples, families, children and the elderly. I am also a musician and artist and thus can use creative non-verbal means to get you in touch with your feelings.
