About
Anxiety and burnout can quickly turn from small, passing thoughts or feelings into overactive and racing thoughts, reactive emotions, racing heartbeat, restlessness, insomnia, mood swings, and more. These symptoms and thoughts seep into small and big decisions, relationships, work, hobbies, and routine activities. Our nervous system works in these ways to move us towards safety - and it also wants to exist in connection and rest, too. You may feel disconnected from your ability to connect with others, engage with what you love to do, and struggle to feel content and peace. I use interventions to guide you into an understanding of your history and nervous system, its impact on present-day, and the ways in which your brain and body work to keep you safe. I promote ways to honor your stress responses and emotions, surf them as they arise, and experience a more attuned connection with your emotions, thoughts, and feelings.
