I bring in View 4 Photos Sessions are tailored to each client and often borrow from Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and level 1 Gottman Therapy for couples.
