I provide clinical supervision throughout California to interns, trainees, and BBS registrants in various disciplines interested in becoming licensed behavioral health clinicians. Since retiring from full-time work, supporting clinicians working towards licensure has become a rewarding way for me to assist with enhancing the behavioral health work force at time when licensed clinicians are so desperately needed. I look at the the work I do now as a way of paying it forward for all those that have supported me in my career. I enjoy working with self-motivated people who like to learn and strive towards excellence.
