I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) across the lifespan. Broadly speaking, my goal is to support individuals and families in coping effectively with anxiety and stressors in order to live a meaningful life. My areas of expertise include generalized anxiety, OCD, social anxiety, insomnia, specific phobias, panic disorder, adjustment difficulties, chronic illness and pain, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs) and post-traumatic stress (e.g., PTSD), as well as co-occurring problems with mood, behavior, and/or family functioning.
