I have been privileged to provide counseling to couples, families, and individuals as an NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, family systems therapies, Motivational Therapy, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma recovery.
