I'm Maddie, and I specialize in helping teenagers, young adults, and their parents through challenges. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Doctor of Educational Leadership with over 15 years of experience—and as a mom of four myself—I understand both sides of the teen struggle. I spent years as a school counselor, so I deeply understand the academic pressure, social media stress, and identity questions today's teens face. And as a parent, navigating the chaos of raising teenagers? I get what you're going through. My approach is practical, not just theoretical.
