I believe that all clients have the ability to change with guidance and unconditional empathic support. Therapy consists of a combination of methodologies including CBT, holistic, Trauma informed, EMDR, solution focused, DBT and choice theory for background foundation. My intention is to provide a safe, confidential, supportive, comfortable environment for clients to explore areas of concern. I have been practicing the counseling profession since 1995 and thoroughly enjoy the work. My specialty is treating trauma including negative family schemas (judgment, criticism, assumptions and projections), emotional, verbal, physical and sexual abuse. Family of origin work is usually required and learning new healthy ways to take care of the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual self, with exploration and self reflection of core beliefs.
