Hello, my name is Bethany Steele. I specialize in helping adolescents/teens/young adults manage and decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety so they can better manage their day to day living. I help children as young as 10 identify and label emotions while teaching healthy expression. Lastly, I am super passionate about helping women combat anxiety and depression during pregnancy and postpartum stages. I have two boys of my own and work in a school setting.
