In our work together, if it matters to you, then it matters to me. My approach to therapy is shaped by my lived experience and relationship to communities I love. As we co-create a warm, supportive space to hold all of your story and reflections, we'll prioritize what works for you. We can deepen how to self- and co-regulate in times of distress, and pace ourselves as we process trauma. We can discuss starting and maintaining sustainable relationships, and supportive approaches to vulnerability, intimacy, and boundaries. I bring a systems-aware approach to therapy, understanding the context of our lives and healing journeys.
