I am a licensed professional counselor in Alabama. My goal as a therapist is to help individuals in their journey to finding new ways of thinking, developing self-awareness, and addressing mental health concerns. Having overcome anxiety and grief I am no stranger to the process of therapy. I am here to provide mental health care for women, individuals working through trauma, young professionals navigating career paths, individuals experiencing grief and loss, stress management, identity issues and so much more of life experiences. You will be greeted warmly in a safe and non-judgement environment. The office is handicapped accessible. Currently, I am offering late afternoon and evenings appointments.
