Hello there, my name is Cody. I am a licensed mental health counselor and a wife and mother to two young boys. I come from a diverse upbringing that allows me to work with people from all walks of life with empathy and compassion. I have spent the past 5 years working to empower my clients to reach their potential. I utilize a person-centered approach while incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to help my clients reach their potential.
