I am Nyia, a licensed clinical social worker licensed in several states. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained or unsure how to balance life’s demands. Others are navigating relationship challenges, career transitions, or the lasting effects of trauma. My mission is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and begin the work of emotional healing. My practice focuses on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, boundary-setting, and major life transitions along with exploring cultural identity and how it shapes their relationships.
