Many of us are doing our best to experience fulfillment and joy in life. At times that can be difficult for short or long period due to depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. I work to provide a judgement free space for individuals to share and explore who they are authentically and where they are wanting to go. I am a strong believer in supporting people through difficult change and helping them discover more about themselves through the process. My main theoretical orientation is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, while also pulling in tools from other modalities that help in achieving therapeutic goals.
