My name is Cody Soulinthavong. For the past 14 years I have spent my professional career working as an after school teacher and certified personal trainer. As a Mental Health Therapist I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, finding life purpose, relationship issues, and men’s issues. I am a strong believer in self-actualization and positive psychology. I strive to help clients live their lives optimally and support them wherever they are in their journey. I am a strong believer in the mind and body connection. I look to help clients holistically combining my background with physical and mental health.
