Have you grown concerned for yourself or your son? It could be anxiety...or depression...or isolation...relationship problems. I was bullied a lot as a kid because I was the smallest kid in class and I had food allergies. This led to chronic people-pleasing and shyness. I also suffered from panic attacks and phobias. My anxiety struggles improved as I got older but my remaining shyness stunted my ability to connect with women. I would go on to better understand my own anxious attachment style and then provide coaching to others wanting successful relationships. My work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and attachment theory.
