I’m a compassionate therapist working with children, teens, and adults through a trauma-informed lens. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I use a strength-based, “power-with” approach that honors each person’s unique path. Modalities I draw from include EMDR and Brainspotting tailored to your specific needs. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and specialize in supporting youth and adults through stress, change, and healing. I have extensive experience with the adolescent population.
