I welcome people facing many kinds of challenges—anxiety, depression, loss, life transitions, illness, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR therapy with specialization in trauma and dissociative disorders. As an experienced therapist, I value the full range of human experience that each person brings. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing is self-directed, that everyone holds the capacity to heal within, and that my role is to offer facilitation, treatment options, and experienced guidance along the way. Trauma can include any overwhelming experience that exceeds the nervous system’s capacity to process at the time it occurs. EMDR helps the brain reprocess these experiences so they can be integrated rather than remain frozen and fixed.
