My life goal is to create a space where all individuals can find hope, guidance, inspiration, and perhaps even a mental health haven. We will work together to identify your needs and develop a plan for your success. I utilize a relationship based neurodevelopmental approach that enables me to meet each of my clients individual and unique needs. I work with individuals of all ages, throughout the lifespan, adapting empirically based psychotherapy interventions as needed.
