As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, I work primarily with individuals, couples and families seeking support, clarity, and meaningful change in their lives. At Collaborative Counseling in Wolcott, CT, I provide a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationship patterns, life transitions, and self-esteem, while developing practical tools for growth and healing. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, postpartum, ADD/ADHD, substance dependency, and issues related to loss and grief.
