Welcome! I’m Ali Hernandez, LICSW. I provide holistic and trauma responsive therapy to help you navigate life's challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and stress. I believe that each of us is a whole person, consisting of mind, body and spirit. We have unique circumstances and histories and are so much more than the "symptoms" we experience. That is why I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches based on what works best for you. Ensuring that you feel safe, heard, and respected throughout the process is at the heart of my work. I am a board approved clinical supervisor and have 20 + years of experience in the mental health field. I am EMDR certified and am trained in several modalities, including Somatic approaches, Deep Brain Reorienting, DBT, CBT, Energy Psychology, and Reiki (master level). I am also certified in the treatment of Complex PTSD through the ISSTD.
