I often work with people who have experienced trauma, abuse, and fractured attachment bonds. Many feel stuck in survival mode, recreating old patterns of dysfunction, despite their deepest intentions to show up differently. These patterns, once protective, now feel limiting as one seeks to embody true physical and emotional safety. My clients are not looking to simply trim the tops off their issues, but to heal the interconnected root system from which it all grows. Clients and their stories are held with compassion, accountability, and the belief that they have everything they need within them to live full lives.
