I work with individuals and couples across all stages of life—including young adults, premarital couples, parents, and empty nesters. My work often centers on setting realistic goals, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, and making small, meaningful changes that lead to lasting improvement in mood, relationships, and day-to-day life. I’m passionate about helping people get “unstuck” by rediscovering the strength and resilience already within them. I use EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, and PREPARE-ENRICH for premarital and committed couples seeking a 5-10 session relationship "tune up." For clients who desire it, I integrate Christian faith with evidence-based practices to foster hope, clarity, and purpose. I also offer Dungeons & Dragons–inspired therapy for creative self-exploration and healing.
