I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. My goal is to create a space of trust and safety so that you feel able to share the challenges you face without fear of judgment or criticism. I provide counseling and therapy with a warm, caring and empathetic approach. My areas of specialization include anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, depression, life transitions, personal growth and issues pertinent to families of children with neurodiversity (including sibling therapy).
