Licensed in Mass & RI! As women, there are goals we want to reach, worries no one understands, pressure to be perfect, and a great many of these issues are not talked about. I feel strongly that women need to be heard and deserve support. There are ways to work through anxiety, depression, stress, and come out feeling the change. Another of the challenges in life are the difficulties that define our childhood. Everyone has them. If possible, the ideal scenario is to work on trauma as soon as possible; but remember that any time is the right time. You may not have caused the pain, but you are in control of healing.
