I see psychotherapy as an educational process, and my role is to help you to get to know yourself in a different way. I take a stance that is non-pathologizing, and believe that everyone, no matter how many overwhelming experiences one has had, also has the capacity to heal. I am grounded in an approach based on Internal family systems (IFS), and incorporate elements of mindfulness, as well as sensorimotor psychotherapy, and attachment theories in my work.
