I work to create a safe environment for my clients to be seen and to better know themselves. I offer a holistic, individualized approach to therapy, and strongly believe that each person holds the answers to their own wellbeing. I am passionate about supporting women and their partners while working through fertility issues. I have also focused on empowering teenage girls that are struggling with self-esteem issues. In addition to psychodynamic therapy, I am trained in mindfulness meditation and somatic experiencing (SE) as well as EMDR with the Parnell Institute. I work with many modalities - although I will always come back to the body and how your body may inform you. I am now seeing clients in person in Santa Barbara.
