I am passionate about providing therapy for children, families, and adults who have experienced trauma, including abuse, neglect, sexual assault, and domestic violence. The clients who come to see me are often feeling angry, aggressive, depressed, or anxious. Parents who seek treatment for their children express feeling confused and frustrated by their child's behaviors, and don't know how to help. Adults who have experienced violent, controlling relationships with their partners can feel hopeless, worthless, and alone. When someone has experienced scary, overwhelming things, they can feel stuck and unsure how to move forward. That’s where I come in! Therapy can help you overcome these challenges so that you can lead the life you want. I have extensive experience and training in treatment modalities designed to bring calm, clarity, and healing. I am fully trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Play Therapy.
