Hello! I work with adults living with childhood trauma, complex PTSD, and low self-worth who want to discover a new sense of security within themselves and deepen their connection with others. Perhaps you are acknowledging that some part of your life needs exploration, reflection, or tenderness. Maybe you are your harshest critic and you're wondering if there's another option. No matter how much or how little you might be struggling, you deserve to be nurtured and cared for – the whole of you. I provide a safe, welcoming, calm and non-judgmental space for you to feel supported and understood. This develops more self-trust, promotes feelings of safety and allows greater opportunity to heal and grow. I draw upon trauma-informed parts work and mindfulness while also using narrative and psychodynamic approaches.
