In my individual practice as an LPC, I believe that therapy should be both practical and affirming, helping clients develop real-world tools while guiding them toward self-acceptance and authenticity. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who have felt unseen or marginalized—working from an affirmative, trauma-informed lens to promote healing and growth for all. My clinical approach is informed by hundreds of hours of advanced training in CBT, DBT, IFS, REBT, and trauma-focused modalities. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related disorders, men’s issues, suicidality, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.
