Hello and welcome! Currently I offer private pay breathwork sessions for adults seeking stress reduction, emotion regulation, nervous system support and embodied awareness. This style of breathwork emphasizes letting go of resistance to present moment experience and developing a more relaxed relationship with stress and difficult emotions. Sessions are experiential and body-based, with minimal verbal processing in the form of check-ins before and after the breathwork practice itself.
