Many clients reach out wanting to work through something in particular in their life. What they often learn is this requires loving and caring for themselves in a new way, and can involve addressing something they've been avoiding. Clients I've worked with are reflective, balance their emotional and logical sides, and are eager to understand their behaviors and patterns. Some struggle with sharing and feeling more deeply, however all are open to trying new things, including new ways of thinking that may help them live and feel better.
