Hi! Im Ashley and I consider myself an atypical Therapist. Why? My beliefs differ from mainstream Psychology. I nerd out a lot on Evolutionary Psychology and would love to share my knowledge base with you to see how it can positively benefit how you frame your experience and inform your decision-making. Theoretical orientation aside, my clients would describe me as "Refreshing", "Honest", and "Direct". I value my authentic and active approach in making sure you get what you need without wasting your time, energy or money.
