One of the most courageous things we can do is begin to unserstand our own story and take the steps into becoming the person we want to be. As a therapist, I help in guiding individuals and families in finding their ability to overcome life's trials. I stem from a client centered, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and creative approach emphasizing the importance of a caring and trusting relationship between the therapist and the clients' to help create a healing environment.
