My ideal client is an older adult, perhaps in their late 50s, 60s or 70s, who has spent a lifetime caring for others but now finds themselves navigating emotional terrain that feels unfamiliar, overwhelming, or quietly painful. They may be grieving the loss of a spouse, adjusting to retirement, facing chronic health concerns, or reckoning with a terminal diagnosis. Some carry unresolved trauma from earlier chapters of life that has resurfaced with age. Others feel spiritually adrift, longing to reconnect with their faith in a way that feels authentic and healing.
