My ideal client feels stuck in patterns they can’t quite name—anxiety, overwhelm, mood shifts, looping thoughts, or difficulty trusting themselves. Many are navigating the intersection of hormones, ADHD traits, sensitivity, past stress, and relational patterns that feel confusing or draining. They want relief, and also deeper clarity about why their nervous system responds the way it does. I use a nervous-system–informed, integrative approach blending parts work, cognitive restructuring, psychoeducation, and mind–body awareness. We slow down, build safety, and explore root causes of symptoms—where hormones, neurodivergence, trauma, attachment patterns, and life stress intersect.
