I am a Social Worker of 9+ years. I use a person centered and trauma informed approach, realizing that everyone has a story and each individual will tell theirs when they are ready. I have worked as a therapist, case manager, and care manager, giving me exposure to local, state, and federal government programs. I enjoy collaborating with programs and resources to best help individuals and families reach their mental health, emotional, and medical goal(s). I utilize TF-CBT, DBT, and EMDR to teach and guide individuals through emotional regulation techniques. I have found it important for individuals to have tools readily accessible to help maintain their emotional health and regulation, to successfully endure the toughest of times. I offer treatment and therapy via telehealth.
