I will work to assist you with identifying the root causes of what keeps you stuck in old patterns that keep you from finding fulfilment in life. And then, we develop a plan to get unstuck. I am currently accepting individuals, families, and couples of all sizes and dynamics. Utilizing EMDR, trauma-focused, CBT, and client-centered treatments, I will work with you to develop insight about yourself, and alleviate the stresses and impact of life. I will work with you to determine the best treatment for you, and will support you on your journey of self-discovery and insight.
