As a dually licensed MFT and BCBA with 23 years of experience, I am passionate about working with children, teens, adults and families who are affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety and other developmental, behavioral, and learning differences. Primarily utilizing a positive and solution-focused approach, I aim to enlighten and empower the strengths already within my clients and their families, so that they can thrive and meet their goals. Utilizing a positive and solution-focused approach, anchored in CBT and family systems theory, I provide behavior consultation, individual & family therapy, parent training, play therapy, and social skills support. I am available for in-person, in-home, or teletherapy sessions, determined by case.
