I am a therapist with nearly 4 decades of experience supporting clients through complex emotional and relational challenges. I am licensed in California and Arizona and currently serve as a Therapeutic Consultant for Gila River Health Care, a Native American hospital system, where I provide clinical consultation and program development support. I specialize in working with women experiencing trauma, anxiety, caregiving stress (for both children and aging parents), the effects of parental narcissism, and neurodiversity. I particularly enjoy working with professional women who are navigating demanding lives.
